Supported platforms
MaxxShow currently supports Shopify.
Shopify

| Products | Products in a broadcast come straight from your store catalog. You do not rebuild them |
| Orders | Orders attributed to a broadcast link back to the original order in your store admin |

Your theme must be Online Store 2.0. Steps 2 and 3 of the setup checklist both add app blocks in the theme editor, which older themes do not support. See Complete the setup checklist.
Connection status sits at the top of the home page as Connected to shopify, with your store address beside it.
Check after switching themes
Section titled “Check after switching themes”Display components install into your store theme, not into MaxxShow. Switch themes and the components can revert to off, which leaves customers with no way into your broadcasts.
After a theme switch, check the component activation status card on the home page. See Check component activation status.
