Live events

Term	Meaning
Live event	The full configuration of one broadcast, from creation through going off air
Planned, Testing, Live, Ended	The four event states. What you can do follows the state
Live manager	The console you run a broadcast from: products, chat, and stream status
Rehearsal preview	A trial run before going public, invisible to viewers
Product showcase	The product list for this broadcast, on the left of the live manager
Pushing a product	Putting a product in front of viewers mid-broadcast, so its card appears for them

Streaming

Term	Meaning
Streaming	Sending video from your encoder to MaxxShow
Server URL	The address your encoder needs, copied from the live manager
Stream key	The key your encoder needs. It expires, and a leak means resetting it
External streaming software	Streaming from software such as OBS. MaxxShow ships no encoder of its own

Replays

Term	Meaning
Replay	The recording a broadcast generates when it ends
Display	Whether customers see the replay on your shopping page. Turning it off hides it, but the direct link still works
Archive	Putting a replay away so it leaves the main list
Product Chapter	A marker at the moment a product was covered. One click jumps there

Entry points in your store

Term	Meaning
Live shopping page	The dedicated page collecting your broadcasts and replays
Live popup	A global floating pop-up in your store, appearing while you broadcast
Live Events Block	The component showing live events on the shopping page
Replays Block	The component showing replays on the shopping page

Data

Term	Meaning
Attribution	Deciding whether an order counts as coming from a broadcast
Direct and indirect attribution	Whether they bought something the broadcast showed
Inside and outside	Whether they were still in the player when they bought
Attribution window	How far forward orders still count towards a broadcast. Seven days by default
Attributed sales	Total revenue attributed to a broadcast, direct plus assisted

Billing

Term	Meaning
Livestream Viewer Minutes	Viewer watch minutes, the allowance that drains
Live Credits	The balance you top up, which converts into viewer minutes
Auto-recharge	Converting Live Credits into fresh minutes when minutes run out, so the broadcast continues
